Open Blogger.com in a new browser window by clicking on this link, or open and empty browser type in the address for the Blogger website at http://www.blogger.com/start.
Now click on the link titled “New Blogger Using your Google account” (circled in red on the image below).
This image has an "X" over the link that says "Old Blogger using your Blogger account" because you are not using that any more!
